1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Selftor ("we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using our website, marketplace, and related services.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise indicated, the Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof) are owned by Selftor and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

3. User Registration

You may be required to register with the Site. You agree to keep your password confidential and will be responsible for all use of your account and password. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a username you select if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such username is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

4. Marketplace & Services

Selftor provides a marketplace for buying, selling, and renting real estate properties. We also connect users with service providers.

  • Listings: Users are responsible for the accuracy of their property listings.
  • Transactions: Selftor facilitates connections but is not a party to the actual real estate transactions unless explicitly stated.
  • Fees: Any applicable service fees will be clearly disclosed prior to any transaction.

5. Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Site for any purpose other than that for which we make the Site available. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

  • Systematically retrieving data or other content from the Site to create or compile a collection, database, or directory without written permission.
  • Circumventing, disabling, or otherwise interfering with security-related features of the Site.
  • Engaging in unauthorized framing of or linking to the Site.
  • Tricking, defrauding, or misleading us and other users, especially in any attempt to learn sensitive account information such as user passwords.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees, or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special, or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data, or other damages arising from your use of the site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
